Coming here on Christmas Eve when nearly nothing else was open, half an hour before close and was met with the kindest and happiest workers! They were running low on so many things but we're still trying to get everyone fed and joyful this holiday season. In short, AMAZING SERVICE.

Horrible the last couple times. I dont know what's changed but it's not for the better.

lucky if you get your biscuits. Never give you dipping sauce unless you ask for it. Today i got home and took my box out of the bag and the bottom opened up dumping all 12 of our tenders onto my lap and the floor. no sauce to be found. Took over 10 minutes to get our food and still wasn't perfect.

The cashier did not know information about the menu, we ordered 2 meals to dine in, it took 15 minutes to get our food. It appeared that all of the employees and the manager were all in the back talking. The tables were all dirty and condiment shakers were empty. They were out of butter, Pepsi, tea and chicken tenders too.

Staff is not friendly. Floors, tables and employees work area always dirty. Bathrooms, just dont use them. Not a lot of selections on the buffet. Cold food and long drive thru wait times.

Waited an hour and never got food. Went inside to get my money back and was told they would call 911 since I wasnt allowed in the building. NEVER going back and will file formal complaint w kfc corporate. All I got for an hour were excuses. Deserving of 0 stars, but I won't post with none.

Very friendly employees! Food is always hot and fresh!

Over the years I've grown tired of their chicken, but it's always so great to eat. All the sides are excellent and the chicken is of course superb. The service is also great and as quick as can be.

Chicken gravy biscuit was delicious. Mashed potatoes were dried out from sitting out too long and had a hair in it. Hardly any salad toppings- no cucumbers or tomatoes. No blue cheese. Out of cobbler but empty pans were still there. Dirty table. Trash was to the top.used to be a good KFC. What happened?

Best fried chicken buffet can all your food you can

This location in the past several years I have had bad experiences. Food was old, service wasn't good, orders wrong. But this morning after a morning or shopping we were tired. We decided to give them another try. I clipped some coupons the other day and had clipped some for KFC doubting we would use any, but we did. The wonderful woman who took our order was polite and seemed happy to be working there. Our order was right, everything was fresh and hot, and it was perfect! Thank you for a great experience today!! Sorry only 3 stars, but after my experience with the store I'm still skeptical. Hopefully they have begun turning things around there. Many happy visits there as a child with my granny, it was her favorite.

Usually pretty good, but, tonight we came in during the last hour the buffet was open. Out of forks, asked for them with another table that came in and got a look like I was bothering her.They were out of chocolate pudding, biscuits, cabbage, chicken n dumplings, and the hot desserts. Very disappointed.

Waited 40 mins for a mashed potato, Cole slaw and corn sides. Stayed only bc they already had my money

Everytime I stop you have no chicken. When you do replace it. It old food from earlier. You people are dirty. Mike's Market in Bismarck has way better chicken then you do. O when I get it from KFC. Most of the time the chick is still pink on the inside.

Never get what you order.. also sometimes the mashed potatoes are runnier than the gravy..Today original instead of extra crispy... barely any breading. part no skin. bones showing all over the place. a couple pieces the outside was tough like it had been microwaved too long... but then again chicken under that was rubbery like it wasnt cooked all the way... was it rejects from yesturday and in a rush refried today and thrown in the box? We didnt eat .. 30 dollars wasted

Food was good. Be careful floors are slick especially in the bathrooms.

Saturday 330 ...no ice no tea very little on Buffett...floors so sticky tables dirty piles of food on floor......I no hard to keep food supplied on buffet...but it was nasty ...Lady apologize d to us but don't like to pay for food that's just not good

More than once I have tried to go to KFC within the last hour of service. If it is after 9:30 pm they are always closed early. If you aren't going to keep the hours of operation that are posted at least change the hours. Makes me wonder if the owner of the restaurant is even aware they aren't keeping the right hours.

Terrible tonight. They ran out of food on the buffer for about 45 minutes. Their macaroni salad tasted spoiled. People were leaving because the buffet was so terrible.

Terrible. Was excited the KFC wings were back.i know they take awhile to prepare so I made sure there were some already done. Then after paying I was told to park so they could make some fresh. 15 minutes later got my food.

This was my first time finding out that this KFC location has buffet!! Can't go wrong with an all you can eat KCF menu buffet.

Well the food was good. But didn't have much chicken outOn the stream tablet, no chicken breast. That the only part of the chicken I like to eat. But it was still good.
